How the list works
A paint job is rarely one service. A bedroom repaint often means patching nail pops, a ceiling with a water ring and trim that has gone yellow. An exterior repaint usually needs some wood rot fixed and a wash before primer goes on. Each job below has its own page so you can see what it involves, what moves the cost and how long the room or house is out of use.
Interior Painting
Wall color changes, ceilings, trim and doors, tall foyers, basements, bathrooms and stained woodwork. Most interior jobs take one to several days and are scheduled any time of year.

Which of these do you actually need?
If the paint itself is fine but the color is wrong, you need a repaint of that room or surface, and the page for that room covers it. If the paint is peeling, blistering or cracking, the problem is underneath: moisture, a failed coating or soft wood, and the repair page for that surface matters more than the paint page.
Stains that come back through fresh paint are a sealing problem, not a paint problem; see ceiling stain repair. Walls that look wavy under light need skim coating before a new color will look right. And if you are not sure what you have, one phone call and a walk-through sorts it out.
Yes. Most jobs combine a few of them, such as drywall repair, ceilings and walls, and we schedule them in the order the work needs.
Both. Commercial, HOA, rental and new construction work each have their own page under Commercial & Property.
Everything inside: rooms, cabinets, repairs, basements and floors. Exterior painting and staining wait for warmer weather.
Call and describe the job. We set a walk-through and give you a written scope with the price.
