Privacy information

What this site collects

This website has no forms and no accounts, so it does not ask you for personal information. Like most websites, the server that hosts it may keep standard access logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers.

Phone calls

When you call, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us about the job, such as your address and the work you need. We use that information to schedule a walk-through, prepare a scope and do the work, and we keep it as part of our job records.

Calls passed to another company

If every crew is committed, after hours, or when we cannot get to a call quickly, a call may be passed to another established painting company in the area. In that case the details you share on that call go to that company so they can help you, and their own privacy practices apply.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded for quality and scheduling purposes where the law allows. If you prefer a call not be recorded, say so at the start.

Maps and fonts

The map on this site loads from Google Maps only when you choose to view it, and the site's fonts load from Google Fonts. Google's own privacy policy applies to those requests.
